The 25-appointment guarantee, clearly defined.
WayneFlow offers 25 qualified appointments per month for eligible campaigns under an agreed written scope. A useful guarantee starts with a shared definition of the appointment and a clear way to measure delivery.

The definitions below explain the main concepts. The signed agreement sets the actual terms.
Definitions
- A qualified appointment
- A meeting explicitly agreed by a prospect who matches the written campaign criteria. Those criteria include the company profile, relevant buyer role, business relevance, and the information required for handoff.
- Booked versus attended
- A booked appointment has an agreed meeting time. An attended appointment has taken place. We track these separately. The agreement specifies which appointments count toward the guarantee and how cancellations, no-shows, and replacements are handled.
- Monthly delivery period
- The delivery period begins when the agreed campaign is ready and live. Research, infrastructure preparation, and approvals may happen before that point. The agreement defines the start and end of each measurement period.
- Counting clearly
- Duplicate bookings, reschedules, and unsuitable contacts should not inflate delivery. The written scope defines the counting method and the appointment record used for review.
- Campaign eligibility
- The offer, audience, market size, channel readiness, qualification requirements, and client sales capacity are reviewed before the guarantee is agreed.
- Client responsibilities
- Your team supplies accurate offer information, helps approve the agreed audience and messaging, provides the required access securely, and stays available for the meetings and follow-up covered by the scope.
- If delivery falls short
- The signed agreement specifies the applicable remedy and any conditions. We do not assume a universal refund, service credit, or free-service period outside that agreement.
- What the guarantee does not promise
- An appointment is an opportunity for a business conversation. The guarantee does not promise closed sales, a particular deal value, profit, or revenue.

Guarantee questions
What does the 25-appointment guarantee mean?
Eligible engagements include a guarantee of 25 qualified appointments per monthly delivery period. Your signed scope defines qualification, counting, timing, client responsibilities, and the remedy if delivery falls short.
What counts as a qualified appointment?
A prospect must match the agreed company and buyer criteria, have a relevant business reason for the conversation, and explicitly agree to the meeting. The full definition is written into the campaign scope.
Are booked and attended meetings the same?
No. A booked meeting has an agreed time. An attended meeting has taken place. We track them separately, and the agreement sets the guarantee's counting and replacement rules.
What happens if a prospect does not attend?
The campaign agreement defines how no-shows, cancellations, reschedules, and replacements are treated. Booked and attended appointments remain separate in reporting.
Does every business qualify for the guarantee?
No. The offer, market, audience size, channel suitability, qualification requirements, and sales capacity need to support a realistic engagement.
Do you guarantee sales or revenue?
No. We create and qualify opportunities for a conversation. Your offer, discovery process, proposals, and follow-up shape what happens after the appointment.
