Who this notice covers

This notice explains how WayneFlow handles information submitted through this website and the limited technical information involved in operating it. Client campaign services and any separate processing arrangements are covered by the relevant service agreement.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we receive the fields you complete, such as your name, email address, company details, website, offer, target buyer, and message. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

How we use enquiry information

We use the information to review your request, assess campaign fit, respond to questions, discuss a potential engagement, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter.

Hosting and technical information

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry system uses validation and abuse controls. Any temporary abuse identifiers are used for that purpose rather than as a visitor advertising profile. These identifiers are stored as keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses, expire after a short window, and are routinely deleted once expired.

Service providers

We use hosting and database services to operate the site and store enquiries. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare operates under its own applicable terms and privacy notice.

No scheduling, email notification, analytics, or advertising provider is currently enabled on this website. If one is added, it will receive only the information needed for its function, and this notice will name it.

Cookies, storage, and analytics

The website does not include advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or a newsletter tracker, and the website's own code does not set cookies. A short-lived browser session marker, containing only the confirmation status and a reference code, is used to display the correct confirmation page after a successful enquiry. It is cleared when the browser session ends. If optional third-party scheduling or analytics is enabled in future, this notice will describe the actual service and any controls presented to visitors.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain relevant business records, or meet applicable obligations. Enquiry records are reviewed periodically and removed when they no longer serve those purposes.

You can use the contact form and select a privacy-related enquiry to ask about information you have submitted or request an appropriate correction or deletion. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before disclosing or changing records.
